THE PROCESS

Working closely with more than 50 team from around the globe we have created the Corporate Knowlege Platform (CKP) The CKP brings together and codifies the core intellectual property of elite sporting organisations.

1. Create an understanding

We work with the senior management group to identify their vision, strategy and structure of the organisation. Common scenarios often include managing change, protecting and building on proprietary processes and creating a roadmap for success.

2. building the app

The app is built from the top down, aligning previously disparate departmental functions and deliverables. We creatively process and re-structure the information into the unique CKP framework so the client can see their app growing in realtime.

3. targeted delivery

Our entitlement database controls which staff have permission to download the app and manages the content they receive within the CKP.

4. consolidate your content

Organizational processes and systems are at the core of the CKP. Structured meetings with key departmental staff help define and extract the proprietary information.
